These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aegara AI platform, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Aegara AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
Exceed published rate limits or abuse API access

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We will not sell, share, or use your Customer Data for advertising purposes. Your data is isolated per organization and is not accessible by other customers.

4. API Keys

API keys are credentials that authenticate requests to our API. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. If you believe a key has been compromised, you should revoke it immediately from your portal and generate a new one.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegara AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
